Impact track
SPINEWISE
What is an Impact track?
The SpineWise Impact track is a long-term trajectory for organizations that want to structurally embed ergonomics within their operations. The program always starts with a thorough Assessment Track based on real-life data, mapping current physical workload, risk movements, and differences between groups. This assessment forms the foundation for evidence-based decisions and leads directly to targeted recommendations and concrete next steps.
What do you get?
You start with an Assessment Track, during which one or multiple wearable kits are deployed onsite, allowing entire teams to participate simultaneously and ensuring a sufficiently large data flow is generated.
The assessment includes:
-
a baseline measurement without vibration feedback and a measurement period with vibration feedback for on-the-job awareness and behavioral change;
-
intensive interaction and guidance for employees, including kick-off sessions and hands-on training;
-
collection of metadata through questionnaires (complaints, expectations, risk factors for absenteeism);
-
a personal app providing employees with their data and personalized recommendations;
-
a final analysis in which all data and metadata are consolidated.
The program results in a clear risk screening, insight into the actual impact of training and feedback, identification of persistent bottlenecks, and an ROI analysis.
Based on these outcomes, we formulate concrete recommendations and practical next steps, such as targeted training, wearable-based job coaching, organizational interventions, or technical improvements.
